A wallet address. That's the whole account.
Seranox is non-custodial and account-less by design. The privacy story is short because there is very little to tell: we read public chain data, we keep what the terminal needs to work, and we never hold your keys.
Six things we can say plainly
No account, no email
There is no signup. You connect a wallet, and a wallet address is the only identifier Seranox ever needs. No email, no phone, no KYC form.
Your keys never leave your wallet
Seranox builds transactions; your wallet signs them. We never hold private keys, seed phrases, or funds — not for humans, not for agents.
We read the chain, not you
Wallet intel is built from public on-chain data that anyone can verify. We don't buy off-chain data about you and we don't sell data about anyone.
Only what the product needs
Tracked wallets, alert destinations, API keys, and stake tier are stored so the terminal works. Delete a tracked wallet or revoke a key and it's gone.
No ad tracking
No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no fingerprinting. Product analytics, where used, are aggregate and never tied to a wallet you didn't connect.
The chain is public — by design
Everything you sign settles on Robinhood Chain and is visible to everyone, including other Seranox users. Privacy here means we add nothing on top of that.
Only what the terminal needs
Disconnect your wallet and clear your data from the settings panel — tracked wallets, alert destinations, and API keys are removed. On-chain history stays on-chain, because that's where it lives.
- Never collected: Private keys or seed phrases
- Never collected: Email, phone, or government ID
- Never collected: Off-chain identity data purchased from brokers
- Never collected: Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking
| Data | Why | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet address | Identify your session, stake tier, and tracked wallets | Until you disconnect and clear your data |
| Tracked wallets & alerts | Run your tape, screeners, and Telegram/Discord relays | Until you remove them |
| API keys & usage | Meter requests, enforce rate limits, burn credits | Until you revoke the key; usage totals 90 days |
| Signed transactions | Nothing — they settle on-chain, publicly | On-chain, forever; we keep no private copy |
| Aggregate product analytics | Understand which features are used | Aggregate only, not linked to a wallet |
You sign, you decide
By using seranox.xyz or the terminal you agree to the following. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
- 1
Non-custodial software
Seranox is an interface to Robinhood Chain. It never takes custody of funds. Every transaction is authorized by your signature, and you are responsible for what you sign.
- 2
Not financial advice
Wallet intel, screeners, dossiers, and flow summaries are information, not recommendations. Nothing on seranox.xyz is investment, legal, or tax advice.
- 3
Risk
Memecoins can go to zero. Tokenized equities trade off-hours at prices that can diverge sharply from the exchange close. Smart contracts and chains can fail. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
- 4
Metered features and $SERA
Consumption utilities burn $SERA per use. Burned credits are not refundable. Stake tiers, rate limits, and thresholds may change; changes are announced before they apply.
- 5
Listings and bonds
Publishing a strategy or agent requires a posted bond. Misreported performance forfeits the bond. Sponsored placement is always labeled and never mixed into organic ranking.
- 6
Machine access
API keys are bound to a staked account. Abusive traffic, attempts to bypass metering, or resale of access may result in the key being revoked.
